It is so hard to believe that we leave in just 4 weeks for our August trip to Uzghorod. Where has the time gone? It seems like we just got home from Ukraine last month. We will leave here Aug. 13 Lord willing and will begin ministry on the 16th. Thankfully we will have two days to rest before we begin ministry. This years trip to Uzghorod will be intensive. We are scheduled to preach both Sundays and then Mon - Fri we will teach all day from 9 - 5 or 6 and then do another seminar in the evenings from 7 - 9 for the local churches in the city.
We are taking an offering from our church to leave with the Nehemiah Team to use toward their ministry to the Orphans, gypsies, English camps etc. If you would like to give toward this need please send it to CCF Chardon Ohio 44024 and mark it Pastors Travel Fund offering for Nehemiah.
Please keep us in prayer over the next few weeks as we do our final preparations and also pray for our church family. We are privileged to pastor the greatest group of Gods saints around. Our mothers both live with us and we would appreciate prayer for their health and safety also. We will update as soon as we know more.
We have kept in touch with Ebi and the brothers from Donetsk. It is good to make new friends wherever we go and it is always an honor to be asked to come back. Ebi has already asked us to pray about another trip to his region as well as to the Central region of Ukraine sometime in the next year. We have scheduled our return trip to Uzghorod for next March and again in August of next year. More details will follow on these trips.
We also wanted to say hello to our brothers from Pakistan and India who have visited our site within the last year. We look forward to hearing more from you and getting to know you. You are all invited to write us and say hello and let us know you have visited our site at some point.
